Established in 1965 by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Indco Serve serves as a vital guardian for small tea growers in the Nilgiris District, acting as a catalyst for their success. With a diverse product range, Indco Serve effectively markets its products across the nation.

We were honoured to undertake the comprehensive branding of this esteemed government project, encompassing everything from designing an e-commerce website and food truck to creating greetings and impactful newspaper advertisements.

Packing structure of premium tea gift boxes

With utmost attention to detail, our primary objective was to craft an exquisite gift box radiating a premium essence, characterised by its minimalist design and timeless aesthetic. The selection of the colour scheme took inspiration from the natural, earthy tones reminiscent of the sand in which the tea crops are nurtured. This careful choice ensured a harmonious connection between the packaging and the origins of the tea, adding a touch of sophistication and elegance to the overall presentation.

How did we come up with the tagline?

The tagline "From the Nilgiris to the World'' is the perfect representation of the journey from cultivation to worldwide distribution, highlighting the impact and success of Indcoserve tea industry endeavours.

During the meticulous process of designing the packaging structure, we prioritised three critical points that were essential to creating a compelling and eco-friendly packaging solution.

Information about the Origin

By prominently displaying information about the origin of the product, we aimed to establish a connection between the consumer and the tea's origin, fostering a sense of trust and authenticity.

No Plastic

In alignment with the ban on plastic in the Nilgiris district and our commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness, we adhered to the principle of avoiding the use of plastic in packaging.

Captivating Aesthetic Appeal

While prioritising information and sustainability, we also focused on creating an aesthetically pleasing packaging design.

To establish a direct connection with customers and appeal to children, we introduced doodles as a unique way of communicating. The design incorporates delightful doodles of tea and snacks, symbolising the availability of these items at the Tea Vandi.

Menu Magic

Unveiling Daily Delicacies and Prices

A designated section on the right side of the design serves as an informational corner to showcase the daily menu. By prominently displaying the menu, customers are informed about the offerings for the day and the corresponding prices. This elegant addition enhances clarity and convenience.

A Deep Dive into Indcoserve's Ecommerce Website Strategy

Indcoserve is a renowned tea company of the Government of India that operates in the Nilgiris District with a mission to uplift small tea growers in the region. To effectively convey their vision, we were entrusted with designing a website that would serve as a catalyst for these growers. Our primary goal was to showcase the vast tea plantations cultivated by farmers on the webpage's banner, symbolising their dedication and hard work.

Capturing the Essence of Tea Cultivation

The banner of the website played a crucial role in capturing the essence of Indcoserve's mission. By prominently displaying the widespread acreage for tea crops, we aimed to portray the significance of the farmers' cultivation efforts. This visually striking video was captured with the help of a drone to provide visitors with a glimpse into the world of tea farming and conveyed the company's commitment to supporting these small growers.

This section aims to shed light on how farmers benefit from Indco Serve's services. Ultimately, our goal was to highlight the positive impact that consumers could contribute to by supporting Indco Serve and indirectly uplifting these hardworking individuals.
